It was my first time going and they were so kind to explain the different food items to me. They made recommendations of what I should try and everything they recommended tasted so good. The mangonada was perfect

If you need tacos and you're passing through Hayward, this is a great place to stop! The chips are thin and crispy; the orange sauce is on the thin-side but it's quite flavor with a great heat level. The quesadillas were rich and stuffed -- with surprising pops of grilled pineapple that perfectly offset the fatty richness of the meats. The homemade ice creams looked great but this was a to-go order, and ice cream wouldn't have survived the trip home. I'd give five stars for the food and service but the order felt pricey

This place was very good. The alpastor mulitas were my favorite. Their rice and beans gave homemade feels. They service was very friendly and we felt right at home. I loved that they have ice cream on deck in so many different flavors. We tried tacos, quesabirrias, flautas and mulitas and everyones plates were cleaned. Will definitely be coming back!

1st time here, absolutely amazingly delicious and service was excellent!. Very clean place and freshly cooked

Huge Super burrito the pastor is fire loaded with meat and flavor..There salsas are hella good too.. I'll definitely be going back for more..

I was surprised by how good this place is and I don't take my mexican food lightly. The tacos had a lot of meat and I liked that they gave pineapple with the al pastor. The birria was tender, juicy, and had a little kick. And the grilled chicken was not dry. The steak fries were loaded but maybe too much nacho cheese. Solid place, friendly staff and quick service. I'd recommend giving this place a shot!

This place is legit! Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I took my nephew who is actually pretty picky with food. His has the carne asada tacos with just the meat. And he loves them! The food is outstanding. The service was friendly and homey. Felt like eating at a friends house. And they have a bunch of treats, we did get some Mexican ice cream and it was fire. So good, it didn't make the pictures. All and all 10/10 highly recommend for some yummy eats.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, but I had a pleasant lunch here today. The employees are very friendly, and they even have ice cream and mangonadas here! The interior is a bit dated and the store is empty most days, looks like most people get take out instead of dining in. I ordered something small for lunch- a tostada, that was huge and loaded with toppings. The portion size is pretty generous, and the pastor was nicely seasoned, but a tad salty. I looove a good crunchy tostada and Papa Pancho's did not disappoint. And this was only $6, what a steal! I may have to come back to try the ice cream.
